Customer Terms of Agreement:

Pre-Orders and Deposits 

We do not condone the pre-selling of items, or taking deposits on items which customers do not have in stock or items which you do hold stock of. Customers must buy a range of styles, colours and sizes and sell from that stock.
We are not to be used as a stock room to be ordered from as and when you recieve an order from your customers. Customers should not to sell stock that they do not physically have as we cannot guarantee that we will have the items in stock, which in turn makes you look unprofessional as you don't have the stock to back up what you are advertising, if we have sold out of the product. 

Pricing

We do not offer RRP as standard but we do state that you should at least  double up on items. This is then fair to all types of customers, bricks and mortar shops, market stalls, websites etc. Everyone has overheads, some more than others to ensure we do not have price wars or on going complaints about other customers please heed this advice and reconsider your pricing strategies. For example if an item is £26.50 you should be selling it for £53.00 (this could incude postage) not only adding a couple of pounds to the cost price. 

Please be aware that all prices are on our website are for the single item unless stated otherwise. 

Photographs

We allow the use of our photographs of items which customers physically have in stock. Photographs of new stock or from our'Pre-Order' section must not be used until the goods have arrived on your premises.

Failure to comply with the above may result in your account being closed at the discretion of G & J Baby.

 


 Returns

PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONTENTS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. NO CLAIMS ALLOWED AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT.  NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM G&J BABY.
Please note goods received may vary slightly in terms of colour and style to those depicted on the website variations in goods delivered may occur for various reasons including:
- Colour may not be accurately represented due to errors in the photographic representations, or variations in display settings and apparatus.
- Details of delivered goods may vary due to differences at time of manufacture. This may be due to the image displayed being a 'sample' as received by the original manufacturer, shortages of original materials, or variations on handmade items. In these cases, we will ensure that the quality and style is not compromised.
-Different brands may vary slightly in their sizing

Damaged Goods Policy; All of our merchandise is inspected before it is boxed for shipment. If merchandise is received damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment and we will either

 a) replace the merchandise, if in stock

 b) offer a substitute

 c) give you an in house store credit to be used towards future purchases.

 Please contact for an authorisation of returns and package the items in the original condition and packaging in which they were received.   

For returns for any other authorised reason please package the items in the original condition and packaging in which they were received, and ship back to us. If order is lost during shipment it is the buyers responsibility. Return shipping on all items will be paid by the buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable if the item is being returned by customers choice.

When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

All returns are at the cost of the customer if based on taste or not liking the items sent, G&J will credit postage if items are sent incorrectly.


Out of Stock Items
Please be aware that out of stock items are not held or put on back order. Any out of stock items will have to be re-ordered on your next order. If you have any questions regarding this please don't hesitate to contact us.

Whilst every effort is made to keep our website up to, at times this may not be possible due to the high demand on some items and because we are an open warehouse (trade only) so items may be sold 'off the shelf' before your online order being picked.


Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.


 

Terms and Conditions for Sale of Goods

G&J Baby is a UK wholesaler, and as such considers all sales made via this website to be business-to-business transactions, and therefore the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) do not apply.
